New Year, New Me

                Each New Year offers an exciting opportunity for a fresh start and new beginnings, which is probably why we all look forward to New Year. New Year, new chapter, new verse, new story or just the same old story? What even it is, we write it. It is up to us, so make a good one.

                I ended up 2021 with gratitude to our Lord God, that we made it through. There were a lot of trials me and my family had gone through. There were difficult times and happy moments to remember, nevertheless, they are all memories worth keeping because they made me stronger and my family bond tighter. There were mistakes in the past that couldn’t be undone. Promises broken and words left unspoken. But they are all in the past now, and I couldn’t do anything anymore. What I’m left to do is look forward.

                As I face a New Year – I should be ready bringing out the new me. I don’t want to make promises or resolutions I couldn’t keep. Rather, I will just do what I believe is right and proper. Les talk, more actions. And a lot of prayers for guidance, enlightenment and blessings. Whatever it is in store for me for this year 2022, I am ready.
